Will Irons '24 had two RBI and Joey DiLello '24 added another as Germantown Academy notched a 4-1 win over Haverford. The Patriots improve to 10-14 on the season and earn their third Inter-Ac League win of the year. 

Members of Germantown Academy's boys and girls track teams took to West Chester Henderson High School on 五月 3 to compete at the 19th Annual Hoka/Bryn Mawr Running Co. Henderson Invitational. GA was one of 104 schools in attendance.

The Patriots hosted non-league opponent La Salle College High School on Monday, 5月6日, and posted a 6-1 win.

The schedule for Germantown Academy's crew team is dwindling, but the performances put on by the Patriots are as strong as they have been all season, as evidenced by their marks at Philadelphia Scholastic Rowing Association City Championships on 五月 4 and 5.

Germantown Academy's crew team continued their 2024 spring season at Cooper Cup on Cooper River in Pennsauken Township on Sunday, 4月28日. The Patriots had nine entries compete in the regatta.

Thirty-six Germantown Academy student-athletes who will play their sport in college were honored at the annual Senior Signing Ceremony in the Korman Family Pavilion.

Germantown Academy's boys tennis team took a break from Inter-Ac League play to take on visiting Perkiomen School. The Patriots handled the Panthers, winning every match. 

Thousands of individuals from all across the world enjoyed picture-perfect conditions to compete at Penn Relays from Thursday to Saturday. Despite the massive number of competitors, Germantown Academy was well represented. The Patriots not only had entries in the high school division of races, but GA also had an entry in the middle school Girls 4x100 Relay and had a handful of alumni participating.

To many fans of Germantown Academy athletics, the mention of Rachel Balzer '19 may bring back memories of a lethal three-point shooter draining timely shots from well behind the arc. Those spectators will now have the chance to watch Balzer again, this time on the sidelines as a member of Longwood University's women's basketball coaching staff.

Unlike its last contest against the Academy of Notre Dame, Germantown Academy's girls lacrosse team was in control the entire way. Nursing an 11-5 halftime lead, the Patriots held on to top the Irish for the second time this season, 13-11. 

4月23日, GA hosted the Blue Devils in their second meeting of the season, but with the same result as the red, 黑色的, and blue captured a 5-2 victory.

Both teams were strong on the bump on Tuesday, 4月23日, but Germantown Academy defeated Inter-Ac League rival William 佩恩宪章, 2-0.

At Germantown Academy, there has been a constant, reliable figure in an important game-day role for many years. Bill Shaughnessy has been at the scorer’s table, manning the scoreboard since the 1980’s. He also helps run the clock for boys lacrosse and has even dipped his toe into coaching.

Germantown Academy was back in action on the road on Monday, taking on Westtown School where the Patriots took down the Moose, 26-4. The game ended in the fifth inning due to the run rule.

Germantown Academy continued it's spring track season with their lone home meet of the season. The Patriots welcomed The Haverford School, 莫尔文预科, 佩恩宪章, Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, and The Agnes Irwin School. 

Germantown Academy's crew team continued their 2024 spring season at the Fifth Manny Flick on Sunday, 4月21日. The Patriots had eight entries compete in the regatta, the most they have had all season.

Lucia Smigiel '24 scored five goals and Gigi Ippoldo '24 had three as Germantown Academy defeated Academy of Notre Dame, 10-7, to earn its first Inter-Ac League win. 

Germantown Academy's crew team continued their 2024 spring season at the Fourth Manny Flick on Sunday, 4月14日. The Patriots had three entries compete in the regatta.

A six-run second inning fueled Germantown Academy's softball team over Baldwin School on 4月il 16, giving the Patriots their first Inter-Ac League win of the season, 7-5.

The girls defeated Episcopal, 71-60, but fell to PC, 85-55. Meanwhile, the boys defeated EA, 73-63, but fell to Haverford, 75-66.
